This Temple is also known as Sri Lakshmi Kubera Sai Baba Temple. Though it is located in Gangai Amman Nagar in Mogappair, Nerkundram is a few metres away from this Temple. Therefore many Devotees refer this Temple as Nerkundram Sri Lakshmi Kubera Sai Baba Temple. This Temple is a very rare Sai Baba Temple since it has two Sai Baba as the Presiding Deities. It is believed that this Temple started its humble beginning as a Lakshmi Ganapathy Temple, but soon they installed a 72 feet tall Sai Baba Statue and after this Devotees and the Public started calling this Temple as Lakshmi Sai Baba Temple. This Temple is a East facing Sai Baba Temple which is located on the main road. The 72 feet tall coloured Sai Baba could be seen from outside too and is East facing and in a standing posture. The first Presiding Deity of Sai Baba is seen in an East facing Shrine and Devotees may have to climb 6 to 7 steps to reach the Temple premises. There is a white Nandhi Vaahanam facing West towards the Moolasthanam. In the Sanctum Sanctorum the white marble Idol of Sri Sai Baba is seen in a sitting posture with two Simha Vaahanam where His arm rests. Just above this is a dome like structure in the ceiling wherein the Ashtalakshmi's coloured Idols are seen. There is a 3D picture of Sai Baba which fascinates Devotees especially kids. Around it are the Dasavathara Idols which are gold plated. On either side of this Presiding Deity two pictures of Sai Baba are hung.

The next Shrine of Sai Baba is also considered as a Presiding Deity and He is East facing & in a sitting posture on a throne. The Presding Deity and the throne are made of white marble. Close to this is a Divine Tortoise made of white marble. Next to this is a North facing Sub Shrine and standing guard to this Shrine are two Dwara Baalakas named Sanga Nidhi and Padma Nidhi. In this North facing Shrine there are three Idols. Sri Lakshmi Kuberar is seen seated with His Consorts Chitralekha and to their rear top Goddess Mahalakshmi is seen. All these three Idols are made of black stone and they attract a lot of Devotees. There is another small white marble Sai Baba and close to this is the Sitting Stone. On either side of the Sitting Stone there is an Idol of Leopard and a Horse and before these is a pair of Divine Feet. Opposite to this there is another small white Idol of Sai Baba and close to Him is a Grinding Stone and this Sai Baba is fondly called as Adhi Lakshmi Sai Baba. The Ashtalakshmi Idols are placed at vantage points on the top of the inner walls. There is another East facing Sai Baba and opposite to Him is the Dhuni. Close to the rear entrance of the Temple Sacred Neem Tree. On one side of the Neem Tree is an Image of Sai Baba with a white Nandhi Vaahanam facing it. On the other side of the Neem Tree a Trident is seen along with a few other Naga Devathas.

There is an East facing Shrine in which Sri Lakshmi Ganapathy is seen as a black Vigraham. On the outer flank of Sri Lakshmi Ganapathy there are Idols of Swamy Iyyappan and Sri Subramaniyar. Sri Lakshmi Ganapathy looks resplendent and there is a small Urchavamoorthy Idol of Sri Lakshmi Ganapathy within His Shrine. Around the Koshtam of this Shrine are the Idols of Dhakshinamoorthy, Maha Vishnu and Sri Durgai. To the left of the Sri Lakshmi Ganapathy Shrine is a Mahameru kept on top of a podium. To the right is the Navagraha Sannadhi which can be circumambulated by the Devotees. Near the Navagraha Sannadhi is a West facing Sub Shrine of Sri Baktha Anjaneyar who is seen in a standing posture. The Sri Maha Vaarahi Amman Shrine is an added feature of this Temple. In the Sanctum Sanctorum Sri Maha Varahi Amman is seen East facing and in a sitting posture. On top of the Gopuram of Sri Maha Varahi Amman Idols of the Sapthamathas could be seen. There is a small Meditation Hall in the basement of the Temple. There is a black Idol of Sri Seshayoga Sai Baba who is guarded by a Divine Serpent. He is flanked on either side by a white Ganapathy Idol and a Dhattathreya Idol. There is a Madapalli and a Annadhana Koodam where free food is given to all Devotees. They have drinking water facilities too. Vinayagar Chathurthi, Vijayadasami, Navarathri are some of the festivals celebrated in a grand manner. Those who are willing to donate towards this Temple may call 87545 79916.
