One of the unique aspect of this Temple is that all 468 Siddhar can be seen as a Shiva Lingam here in this Temple. This Temple is also known as Sri Danvantri Arogya Peedam and was established by Dr. Sri Muralidhara Swamigal. This Temple is considered as a universal place for all ailments since the Presiding Deity is known as God of Health. It is believed that all Devotees are relieved from all ailments after consuming the Prasadam.
