This Temple is known as Sri Mahaa Mari Amman Koil and in located  a few metres away from the main road in a village called Puthamangalam very close to Manalmedu. Its a recently built small Mahaa Mariamman Kovil with gorgeous paintings all around. The Presiding Deity is Maha Mariamman and is supposed to be a very powerful Goddess among the locals here. The Temple consists of a Dwajasthambam leading to the Main Deity Maha Mari Amman. Apart from this there are Sub Shrines for Lod Ganesan, Lord Murugan and Navagraham too. It is believed that this Mahaa Mariamman will cure any health issues of Her Devotees.
