This newly built Thiru Murugan Temple is located about 55 Kms from Chennai in a place called  Narasingapuram, Via Perambakkam in Thiruvallur District. Those desirous of going to this Temple from Chennai ought to travel along the Chennai to Bangalore National Highway. They may have to take a right turn near Empee Distilleries. On  crossing further and just after reaching Mappedu Junction  this Temple is located nearly 200 metres  to the left of the main road. This is a Twin Temple since the Dharma Sastha Ayyappan deity  too is found within the main Temple. There are idols of Durgai Amman, Kaala Bairavar, Brahma, Vishnu and Dhakshnamoorthy too. A Saneeswaran Sannadhi is also found within. On entering the main Temple we could find Lord Ayyappan Sannadhi on the right side with a separate enclosure. Since its a newly built Temple the archaka is not always found in this Temple. Even without the Archakas anyone could visit the Temple since its kept open according to the Temple timings.
