This Temple is also known as Panchamukha Sri Jayamaruthi Anjaneya Temple. The Temple is located in Panchavatee in Vanur Taluk of Villupuram District. Sri Jaya Maruthi or Hanuman graces the Temple with five faces and in a Vishvaroopam image and the 64 feet Vimaanam stands guard over the Sanctum Sanctorum. The Panchamukham of the Main Deity consists of Sri Hanuman facing West, Garuda facing East, Narasimha facing South, Varaha facing North and Hayagreeva facing Skyward, making it an altogether indomitable Avathar. The 10 arms of this Deity holds different weapons to fight all the evil forces. The inner roofing of the Main Sannadhi is gorgeously painted with images from Dasavatharam.
