Lotus Temple is one of the beautiful and most visited Temple in the entire world. This Temple was built in the year 1986 to establish the faith of Baha’i. Since this Temple propagates the Oneness of God, people from different religion, race and gender visit here. This Temple was planned and designed by the Iranian architect Fariborz Sahba. The pathway leading us to the Temple Complex is covered with lush green grass and beautiful garden filled with colourful flowers. To escape the busy buzzing streets of Delhi City one can visit this Temple to get peace, relaxation and to get sunk into the Tranquality. People visiting this Temple gain a lot by way of Peace of Mind due to it's extream silence and calmness. Since this Temple is open to everyone there is no particular worship style and  anyone is allowed to follow any type of worship according to their religious believes. The Temple is constructed on a whopping 26 acres of land and has 9 pools around the Temple Complex. The Temple is Made out of white Greek Marble. It is constructed in such a way that there is no need for artificial illumination inside the Prayer Hall.
