The Temple is located close to Sathya Narayan Temple and Ashok Hospital in Nani Daman.  The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Jalaram Baba. He is popularly known as Jalaram Bapa.  He was a Hindu Saint. Jalaram Bapa was born on 4th November 1799. The Idol of Jalram Bapa has been installed in the Sanctum Sanctorum of this Temple where He can be seen with a smile on his face and holding a Danda or Stick and wearing a White Pagdi or a Turban.  He is clad in a White Dhothi and Kurtha.  This Temple has Sub Shrines for Sri Rama, Seetha, Lakshmana, Hanuman and Ganesh. This Temple is located in the heart of Nani Daman City. This Temple is well maintained and kept meticulously clean. It is one of the sacred and most holy places to be visited in Nani Daman. This Temple attracts a lot of Devotees from not only from in and around Nani Daman but from far flung areas too.
