The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Kaleshwar and He is an incarnation of Lord Shiva. This Temple is located on the outskirts of Nanded City. Kaleshwar Temple is built on the banks of River Godavari. This Temple is considered to be one of the Beautiful and Sacred Temple in Nanded City. It is believed that this Temple was built around hundred years ago. Inside the Sanctum Sanctorum of this Temple there is a huge Idol of Lord Shiva and it is eye catching. There are steps in front of this Temple complex which leads us to River Godavari. This Temple is built by following the rich South Indian style of Architecture. The Roof of this Temple is supported by Pillars and each pillar depicts many Scenes from Ramayana and Mahabaratha. This Temple attracts lots of Devotees during the Month of Shravana, Maha Shivarathri, Navratri.  Every Day Godavari Aarthi is performed from 6 PM to 7 PM
