Toka is a small village in Ahmednagar District of Maharashtra. The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Sri Siddheshwar who is in the form of a Shiva Lingam and He is considered as an incarnation of Shiva. A brass Snake inside the Sanctum Sanctorum along with an Idol of Goddess Parvathy is found in the back wall. There is a Idol of Nandhi in front of this Shiva Temple. This Temple is a prefect example of Yadhava styled Architecture. The pillars of this Temple were beautifully constructed by the Peshwa Rulers. This Temples has sculptures on the walls which portrays the intricate details of Ramayana, Mahabaratha and other Puranas. This Temple is located on the confluence of Rivers Pravara and Godavari. The mastermind behind this Temple is  Queen Ahilyabhai Holkar of Malva Kingdom. Some of the inside structures and the passage way was built by Sardhar Haripant Phadke who was one of the Chiefs of Peshwa Rulers.  This Temple is close to Ahmed Nagar or Ahilya Nagar to Aurangabad Highway.
