Kailasagiri is located on the outskirts of Vizag.  A  Ticket Counter is located at the basement of the Hill and there is a Welcome Arch too leading to the Hill Top Temple. This is a Hill Top Temple & Amusement Park and a 40 feet Marble Idol of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi  has been erected and brightly lit with lights all over. There is a motorable road leading to this place and  various rates are collected depending on the mode of transport. This place has got a picturesque  ambience and many Devotees and Tourists flock this place especially in the evening when lights are lit. There is a Doppler Weather Office atop this  hill. The Titanic  View from where we could see the panoramic sea is a treat to our eyes. A toy train is an added attraction to the kids visiting this Temple and  Park. Rope Car facilities draw a lot of crowd. There are  rows of shop selling eatables, ice cream, pani poori and other fancy items. Several stone benches are placed for the visitors to sit and relax. Fresh breeze and the landscape surroundings are the prime attractions here. Some coming here to visit this Temple even opt to go for  Trekking for the sheer joy of it.
