This Temple is located 100 meters off  the Kurnool to Mantralayam Main Road closer to Kurnool.   The Temple has 2 entrances and a compound wall.   The Presiding Deity is Lord Dattatreya who is an incarnation of Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu.  The Temple construction was started in the year 2003 by the Owner Shri. P.Venkateshwar Reddy and it was completed in the year 2009.  Sri Sri Sri Chembulinga Maharaj was considered as the Main Guru and his disciple was Sri Sri Sri Sadguru Siddharangalingeshwara Sivachari.  The ground floor of the Temple has the images of the aforesaid Gurus.  The Main Deity of Lord Dattatreya is found on the first floor of the Temple.  Along with the Main Deity there are Shrines for Shivalingam, Parvathy, Ganesh, Saraswathy, Subramaniya and Ashtalakshmis.  On special occasions such as Dattatreya Jayanthi etc devotees from far and near come here and perform Song, Dance and Bhajans non stop.  On such occasions the Temple is open to the public all the 24 hours.  There is a Temple KItchen which caters to the needs of the Devotees by providing them with Annadhanam.
