This Temple is located close to Palar River in a very narrow lane and has a 3 tiered Rajagopuram which was built in the year 1966. It is said that this Temple was built and consecrated in 1824. On entering the Temple there is a huge Dwajasthambam and a Bali Peedam and next to it is a pair of Divine Feet. Facing the Sanctum Sanctorum is the Garudalwar Sannadhi. At the entry point of the Sanctum Sanctorum are two Idols of Jayan and Vijayan as Dwara Baalagars. The Presiding Deity of Srinivasaperumal is found in a standing posture with one foot ahead of the other as though He is rushing to help His Devotee. The Idol of the Urchavamoorthy is also placed within the Sanctum Sanctorum. On either side of the Sanctum Sanctorum He is flanked by His Consort Goddess Padmavathy Thaayar and Goddess Andal who are found in two separate Sub Shrines. There is a Mandapam where marriages are performed on most of the auspicious days. Hence many Devotees refer Srinivasa Perumal as Kalyana Srinivasa Perumal. On the outer peripheral of the Temple there are Sub Shrines for Nammalwar, Ramanujar, Desikar, Hayagreevar, Sri Devi Bhoo Devi Samedha Varadaraja Perumal, Chakkrathalwar and Yoga Narasimhar. There is an exclusive Sub Shrine for Hanuman who is referred here as Sri Baktha Anjaneya Swamy. There is a separate for stocking the Kovil Vaahanam. The Temple has an exclusive Sorga Vaasal which is used on Vaikunda Ekadesi. The entire celing of this Temple is nicely painted in gorgeous colours. There is a Temple office and a Temple Kitchen so that Prasadam could be offered to Devotees on festive days. Since the Temple is located in a very congested area of Ambur it has a 10 feet compound wall with barbed wires. The Temple is under the coverage of CCTV. Vaikunda Ekadesi, Andal Thirukalyanam, Hanumath Jayanthi, Narasimha Jayanthi are celebrated in a grand manner. It is believed that those unmarried Devotees who visit this Temple and Pray to Him would get married very soon.
