The Presiding Deity in this Sai Baba Temple at Bhadrachalam is Shirdi Sai Baba. This Temple was built around 1983 and is now almost 40 years old. The Temple is run by Sri Sri Sri Bhadrachala Shridi Sai Baba Temple Trust. The Temple was started in a small way with a Sai Baba Idol which is now placed on the anterior side. The present Sai Baba Idol is much bigger and is placed on a pedestal. The Crown and all other Ornaments worn on the Sai Baba Deity is made of pure gold. Like other Sai Baba Temples they have a Dhuni, Dattathreya, Dwarakamayee and an exclusive Foot Print of Sai Baba. 

There is a steady flow off Devotees and other Tourists visiting Bhadrachalam make it a point to visit this Sai Baba Temple. They have an Office for this Temple and Mr.Sathyanarayana is the Manager here in-charge of all Administration. On the religious side Mr.Sriram Sharma takes care of all Poojas. The Temple has an exclusive kitchen and free Annadhanam is done to all Devotees visiting here.  The Temple and its premises are gorgeously painted and is kept immaculately clean.
