The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Sri Sai Baba. This Temple is located in Renugambal Nagar in OMR, Kelambakkam. This Temple was constructed by Sri Aachariya Senthil Kumar. It was said that Sai Baba had come in the dream of Sri Aachariya Senthil Kumar and had requested for a Temple to be built in any place ending with the name Pakkam or Bakkam and that the Temple must be located in the South East direction. Within a week's time a place was found and Bhoomi Pooja for Sathguru Saibaba Temple, Kelambakkam was conducted on 7th June 2003.  After around one year on 7th November 2004 Maha Kumbabhishekam was performed for this Temple. This Temple was constructed by Sathguru Sai Baba Charitable Trust and as of now they have constructed nearly 16 Sai Temples across the Globe. Every year this Trust Supports 50 poor students for their Education. This Temple has also installed Panchamuki Vinayaka Prathima. This Temple and Trust provide free Annadhanam, Education to Poor Students, Eye Camps and Planting Tree saplings. One of the rare event happened in this Temple. A pigeon which flying oneday lay dead at the feet of the Sai Baba Idol. This act was considered as attaining Moksham. Hence the Temple management performed the final rites for the dead pigeon. Every Thursday thousands of Sai Baba Devotees visit this Temple.
