This Temple is also called as Karuppanna Swamy Temple by the local people and it is located midway between Bhai Kadai and Maangadu in a place called Paraniputhur, close to Pattur.   The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Lord Ayyanar who is an incarnation of Lord Sastha.  This Temple was built by Dasa Swami around 15 years ago.  The Presiding Deity could be worshipped by people travelling on the Road too since the Deity is huge and mighty and seen in a standing posture holding a Sword in his right hand.  There are Sub Shrines for Lord Karuppaswamy and Vengai Amman.  All these Idols are huge and very tall and they do not have any roofing overhead.  We can find two dogs and a horse before the Presiding Deity. This Temple was initially called as Karuppannaswamy Temple by the villagers and Devotees but now the locals have started calling it as Ayyanar Temple.  The Vengai Amman Idol here is unique in its own way since She has ten hands and holds Maze, Axe, Lotus, Bow, Angusam etc. Lord Karuppannaswamy is installed on a raised platform and several sickles can be seen on the either side of the steps leading to this Idol.  There are Sub Shrines within the Temple premises for Goddess  Kadumbadi Amman and Naga Devathas.
