This Sai Baba Temple is located in a congested residential locality called Kamalapuram Colony in Vinayagapuram area of Ambathur. This Temple was built by Santhana Deva Kumar and it took him nearly three years to get this Temple constructed. The Temple is West facing with a small Gopuram comprising of the 18 Siddhars along with Sai Baba. On entering the Temple through the West entrance there is a West facing standing Idol of Shridi Sai Baba which is aroung 9 feet tall. This passage consists of a North facing Ragavendra Swamy Idol and Idols of Kanchi Maha Periyava and Vallalar who are South facing. Devotees may have to take a left turn through the entrance where there are few East facing Sub Shrines. The first East facing Sub Shrine is that of Ganapathy, Next to this is the Sub Shrine in which Pandurangan and Raghumayee are seen. Beyond this is the East facing Sub Shrine of Sri Mangalambigai Samedha Sri Mangaleshwarar and there is a Shiva Lingam before their Idols. Facing the Sri Mangaleshwarar Sub Shrine is a West facing Nandhi Vaahanam. The last East facing Sub Shrine is that of Dattathreya. Facing the Dattatreya's Sub Shrine is a West facing Sub Shrine of Anjaneya Swamy. Likewise there is an East facing Idol of Sri Ramanujar and a West facing Idol of Pamban Swamigal. 

The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Sri Shridi Sai Baba whose Idol is placed on a pedestal. This Idol is in a sitting posture and South facing. There is a pair of Divine Feet just ahead of the Presiding Deity of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba. It is believed that this Idol was brought from Jaipur and it is a geniune white marble Idol. To the right of the Presiding Deity of Sai Baba is another Sai Baba Idol which is seen in a reclining posture facing West. This reclining Sai Baba Idol seems to be resting on a Swing or Jhoola. The outer peripheral of the Temple which is reasonably narrow has various Idols of Pattinathaar, Sri Gnananandha Swamigal, Ramakrishna Paramahamsar, Madappuram Krishnamoorthy and Nerur Sadhasiva Brahmmendrar who are all West facing. There is a small enclosure in which there is a South facing Idol of Dwarakamayee and opposite to this is the Temple's Dhuni. Sri Rama Navami, Gurupoornima and Maha Samadhi Day or Vijayadasami are celebrated in a  grand manner in this Temple. Every Thursdays are very special here since a large number of Devotees turn up and they are also provided with free Annadhanam on those days.
