This Temple is located in Block 10 of NLC Township in Neyveli. This Temple was started in a small manner in the year 1982 - 1983 with the installation of a Krishnan Idol. Later several Idols were added and many Sub Shrines built. This is a East facing Temple with a small Welcome Arch in which the Deities are found along with the Garudalwar and Anjaneyar on either side. Along with them a Sangu and a Chakaram is seen. Facing the Sanctum Sanctorum is a Dwajasthambam and a Neivedhya Peedam or Bali Peedam and close to it is a Garudalwar. At the threshold of the Moolasthanam are a pair of Dwara Baalakas Jayan and Vijayan. The Presiding Deity who is East facing is Sri Vasudeva Perumal who is an incarnation of Maha Vishnu. He is found in the Moolasthanam in a standing posture along with His two Consorts Sri Devi and Bhoo Devi. The Urchavar of this Temple is Sri Rajagopala Swamy who is seen along with His Consorts Sathya Bhama and Rukmani. He is a replica of the Mannargudi Rajagopala Swamy. The Panchaloga Idols of Sri Kudam Aadum Koothan and Sri Santhana Krishnan are found in the Moolsthanam. Despite all this the Devotees and the locals refer this Temple as Sri Krishnan Temple since this Temple was started with the installation of Sri Krishna Idol. Just outside the Moolavar Sannidhi is a Sri Krishnan Idol which was the first to be installed in this Temple. On the other side Sri Rama, Seetha, Lakshmana and Anjaneya Swamy Idols are kept. Close to this the four Idols of 1) Manavala Maamunigal, 2) Saint Ramanujar 3) Thirumangai Alwar and 4) Nammalwar are seen. The anterior part of the Temple is covered with a tinned roofing and to the right of it is the Sorga Vaasal which generally is kept open on Vaikunda Ekadesi days. There is a Sub Shrine for Sri Chakrathalwar along with Vijayavalli Thaayar and Sudharsanavalli Thaayar. Here He is seen along with His Consorts and not with Narasimhar like other Temples. There is a Shrine for Sengamala Thaayar who is seen East facing. There is a Sub Shrine for Andal who is East facing and seen along with the Urchavars. The Temple is very unique since it has a Sub Shrine for Lakshmi Narasimhar who is East facing and another Sub Shrine for Saraswathi Hayagreevar who is South facing. The Anjaneyar occupies another Sub Shrine which is West facing and many Devotees come to Him with different Prayers. Such Devotees write scores of Sri Rama Jayam and offer it as a Garland. Similarly other Devotees offer a Lime Garland to the Anjaneyar when their wishes are fulfilled. In the outer peripheral there is a huge Peepal Tree or a Arasa Maram around which a cement podium is built. There is a Panchamuga Vinayagar and Naga Devathas Idol kept close to it. The Temple has a Temple Kitchen or a Madapalli for Neivedhyam and Prasadam distribution. Facilities exists for free staff quarters close to the Temple. There is a cemented car parking space. Vaikunda Ekadesi, Sri Rama Navami, Hanumath Jayanthi, Narasimha Jayanthi, Krishna Jayanthi draws an overwhelming number of Devotees from far and near.
