This Temple is also known as Sri Karpaga Sai Baba Temple and its located very close to Rajmangala Apartments  and it was built in the year 2015 and is being managed by a Trust. The Presiding Deity is made out of a white marble stone fetched from Shirdi. This Sai is supposed to be very powerful and many a Weddings are fulfilled by offering a Garland or by Joint Prayers done with a Coconut. There is a Vasthra Shop within the Complex selling Divine Clothing Materials offered to Sai Baba by the Devotees. All these sale proceed goes to the Temple. A row of Water Taps are located outside the Temple Complex for the sake of the Sai Devotees. Annadhanam and Free Prasadham are given to the  Sai Devotees on most days.The entire complex is under CCTV for security purpose. The Temple Roof is coloured  with gorgeous paints and they have a Public Address System too. Recently the Trust has purchased the adjacent ground too for extending the  Temple. Dattatreya Jayanthi and Sri Rama Navami are celebrated here in a grand manner. Four and Two Wheelers could be parked near the vacant place close to the Temple.
