Sri Panchamuga Anjaneya Swamy Temple is located in Ramaswamy Nagar Road in Vadavalli, Coimbatore District. This Temple is located in a residential locality of Vadavalli and very close to Coimbatore City. It can be easily accessed since the Temple is located close to the Vadavalli Branch of the Canara Bank. This Temple has a five tiered North facing Rajagopuram. There are two Dwara Baaalaka Idols at the base of the Rajagopuram and they seem to stand guard on either side. On top is a lovely looking coloured Idol of Sri Gajalakshmi. 

Devotees may have to climb down 4 to 5 steps to reach the level of the Temple premises. At the outset there is a North facing Sub Shrine of Sri Rajaganapathy. This Sub Shrine is on the immediate right side as the Devotees enter the Temple. Standing guard before this Sannadhi are two coloured Dwara Baalaka Idol, one on each side of the threshold. Facing the Idol of Sri Rajaganapathy is His Moonjur Vaahanam. Within the same Sub Shrine is an East facing Idol known as Sri Vetri Vinayagar. Even the Gopuram of this Sub Shrine has a coloured Idol of Sri Rajaganapathy on top of it. Close to this are two Idols of Sri Naaga Devathas who are North facing.

As Devotees enter the Temple they may again have to climb 5 to 6 steps which is to the left of them. The Main Shrine of the Presiding Deity of Sri Panchamukha Anjaneyar stands here in a multi pillared Mandapam which has a neatly tiled flooring. Standing guard before the West facing Sanctum Sanctorum are two coloured Idols of Sri Jai Hanuman who are seen on either side of the threshold. In the West facing Sanctum Sanctorum the magnificent black Idol of the Moolavar Sri Panchamuga Anjaneyar looks dazzling to the eyes of the Devotees even when seen from quite a distance. He is a much sought after God since He is believed to be Omnipotent when it comes to granting Wishes of His Devotees. The Five Faces or Panchamugams are those of Sri Anjaneya Swamy, Sri Varahamurthy, Sri Narasimhar, Sri Hayagreevar and Sri Garudalwar. He is seen in a standing posture and holding a Mace in His left hand. The Idol of Sri Panchamukha Anjaneyar looks Radiant and Brilliant when seen. There is a general belief among the Devotees that any West facing Sri Anjaneyar like here would be benevolent to His Devotees. The Urchavamoorthy Idol of Sri Panchamuga Anjaneyar is also seen in the same Moolasthanam. Around the Koshtam of the Moolavar Sannadhi are the Idols of Sri Bajanai Anjaneyar, Sri Baktha Anjaneyar, Sri Veera Anjaneyar, Sri Dhyana Anjaneyar and Sri Vijaya Anjaneyar. Close to this Sannadhi is a pair of Divine Feet which is supposed to be that of Sri Ram. Close to the Moolavar Sanandhi is the East facing Sub Shrine of Sri Vijayavalli Thaayar Samedha Sri Sudharshanar who is also known as Sri Chakkarathalwar. There is a Idol of His Consort Sri Vijayavalli Thaayar who is seen in a sitting posture and facing North. To the rear of Sri Chakkarathalwar is a West facing Idol of Sri Yoga Narasimhar. A Homa Kundam is seen before this Sub Shrine. To the rear of Sri Chakkarathalwar's Sub Shrine is the North facing Sub Shrine of Sri Kuberan who is seen in a seated posture and He is made out of white marble.

To reach the Sub Shrine of Sri Prathiyangara Devi Devotees may have to climb up 5 to 6 steps. On entering, there is a West facing Sub Shrine of Sri Subramaniyar who is seen flanked by His Consorts Valli and Devasena. Opposite to this Sub Shrine is the huge Idol of Sri Prathiyangira Devi who stands majestically tall in the form of a black Idol in which She is seen with a Protruding Tongue. She looks fiercesome and brings a sense of fear in the minds of Her Devotees when they see Her. There are two more Urchavamoorthy Idols of Sri Prathiyangira Devi. One is seen beneath the Main Deity and the other one is seen opposite to the Main Deity and facing Her. A Homa Kundam is seen close to the Shrine of Sri Prathiyangara Devi. The Nikumbala Yaagam done with Red Chillies is very fond with the Devotees visiting the Temple. Flanking the Shrine of Sri Prathyangara Devi are the Sub Shrines of Sri Vaishnavi Devi and Sri Vaarahi Amman. Both the Idols are seen East facing and in a seated posture. The Navagraha Sannadhi which is close to the Shrine of Sri Prathyangira Devi is unique since they are seen with their respective Consorts. Sri Suryan with Usha and Prathiyusha, Sri Chandran with Rohini, Sri Angaragan with Sakthi Devi, Sri Raahu with Sinki, Sri Saneeswaran with Neela Devi, Sri Kethu with Chitralekha, Sri Guru with Thaara Devi, Sri Budhan with Gnana Sakthi Devi and Sri Sukran with Sugeerthi. All the Navagrahams are seen holding their Consorts on their laps. 

The Nikumbala Homam, Sri Sudharshana Homam, Sri Navagraha Parihaara Homam, Ayush Homam, Sri Dhanvanthri Homam, Sri Vaarahi Homam, Sri Gayathri Homam, Sri Mruyunjay Homam are some of the noteable Homams performed in this Temple. 

The Temple has a Ghoshala and a Madapalli. Since this is the only Sri Prathiyangira Devi Temple and the only Sri Panchamuga Anjaneyar Temple in Coimbatore District it is much sought after by all the Devotees. Sri Rama Navami, Hanumath Jaynathi, Narasimha Jayanthi, Vaaraha Jayanthi are some of the festivals that are celebrated in a grand manner. This is not a HR & CE Temple but instead it is a Private Temple run by Sri Panchamuga Vijaya Anjaneyar Trust and its Office is located within the Temple premises close to the Sub Shrine of Sri Rajaganapathy. There is an Idol of Sri Chakkarathalwar and Sri Yoga Narasimhar who are seen back to back. The services rendered by Sri K.S.Raman who is instrumental in running the Temple so successfully has to be lauded.
