This Temple is locally known as Shree Rama Kshethram and is on the Main Road in Dharmasthala 3.5 Kms away from Shri Manjunatha Swami Temple with the Nethravathi River serving as a backdrop. This Ram Temple in Dharmasthala has been built in a whopping area. The entire Temple is mixed with Brown and Golden colours with a splendid look. On entering the premises there are two huge black idols of Elephants on either side of the staircase. They have two staircases, one for exit while the other is for entry. Both the stairs have been sheilded with a temporary roofing so as to save the Devotees from exhausting heat and intense rain. The Temple houses two floors with a total of around 36 Deities spread throughout. Though it is called as Sree Ram Temple it contains the Idols of different Gods. The inner side of the entire Temple is multi pillared with colourful paints and the ceiling too has been gorgeously decorated, likewise the entire flooring has been neatly tiled. The ground floor of the Temple helps to conduct Bhajans, Meditations, Discourses, Religious Activites, Yoga Classes, Sloka Courses, Divine Seminars and any other Religious or Divine Functions. The first floor consists of Idols of Shiva, Parvathi, Ganesha, Subramanya Swamy, Annapoorneshwari, the Temple's founder NIthyananda Swamy and Shirdi Sai Baba. On the second floor too different Idols of various Gods and Goddess could be seen. Lord Rama is seen in the Pattabisheka Kolam along with Goddess Seetha, Lakshmana, Bharath, Sathrugan and Lord Anjaneya Swami and all these Idols are carved out of White Marble Stone. Apart from this Lord Krishna, Lord Anjaneya Swami, Lord Dattareya, Nava Durga (Durga Parameshwari, Brahmmacharini, Shailaputri, Skandamatha, Maa Gauri, Siddhidathri, Kalyani, Chandrakanta, Kalarathiri Dugai) and Navagraha Idols are also seen. The Navagraha enclosure of this Temple is unique since each of the Navagrahams are placed on an elevated platform equi-distantly. Close to this is another Sub Shrine embedded with pebble like stone in which Raahu and Kethu Bhagwan are worshipped. There are three Chariots pertaining to this Temple and all of them are safely enclosed. The first Chariot is the Brahmma Ratha dedicated to Lord Rama and this is 72 feet in height. The next one is Hanumantha Ratha meant for Anjaneya Swamy which stand around 36 feet and the 3rd is a Silver Chariot of 18 feet height. The entire outer walls of this Temple is embellished with different Idols painted in Golden colour. There are several shops around the Temple complex. The Temple also has a huge car parking space. The only sore point here is that the outer peripheral of the Temple has not been tiled or cemented. In other words crude small and sharp stones are found in plenty and the Devotees who walk barefooted suffer the most. The Temple Adminstration must do something to smoothen the area. Otherwise kudos to the Temple Admin who have kept the Temple meticulously clean. Since this Temple happens to be situated in the Temple Town of Dharmasthala there is a steady inflow of Visitors here. Sri Rama Navami and Hanumath Jayanthi are some of the important functions celebrated here.
