This Temple is also known as Thirukachi Nambi and Varadaraja Perumal Temple and it is located at a stone throw distance away from Poonamallee Bus Terminus. This Temple is believed to have been built during the days King Paranthaga Cholan from which it is deciphered  that the Temple is more than 1100 years old. This Temple is so renowned since it has 1) Thirukachi Nambi Swamy, 2) Pallikonda Ranganathar, 3) Srinivasa Perumal and 4) Varadaraja Perumal are within the same Temple. The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Sri Varadharaja Perumal who is an incarnation of Maha Vishnu. The Temple gains prominence since this is the birth place of Thirukachi Nambi Swamy who was the Guru and Mentor of Saint Ramanujachariar. The Rajagopuram of this Temple is of 5 tiers and is West facing. Just before the Rajagopuram there is a four pillared Mandapam where Divine functions could be held. There is a stone Dwajasthambam and another Dwajasthambam along with a Bali Peedam facing the Sanctum Sanctorum but the walls of the Moolasthanam divides them. There is a multi pillared Mandapam on the left where the Sub Shrine of Sri Srinivasa Perumal is located. He is flanked by His Consorts Sri Devi and Bhoo Devi and they are found in a East facing standing posture. Next to this is the Sub Shrine for Andal who is also seen in a East facing standing posture. Beyond it is a closed enclosure wherein all the Temple Vaahanams are stored and kept under lock and key. Close to this is an intertwined Peepal (Arasa Maram) and a Neem Tree beneath which an attractive Kalinga Narthana Krishna Idol is kept. On either side of this Krishna Idol are a pair of Naga Devathas. At quite some distance away is a West facing small Sub Shrine for Anjaneya Swamy. An Asthana Mandapam is also seen and Perumal Idols are kept in a Divine Swing for Oonjal etc. There is a multi pillared Mandapam and on entering this Mandapam is a South facing Sub Shrine for Thirukachi Nambi Swamigal who is revered here as Sthalathipathi. Within the same complex there are Sub Shrines for Pallikonda Ranganathar, Kannan and Garudalwar and all three of them are facing East towards the Moolasthanam. At the threshold of the Moolasthanam are a pair of Dwara Baalakas Jayan and Vijayan. In the Sanctum Sanctorum Varadharaja Perumal who is flanked by His Consorts is West facing. The Urchavamoorthy Idols and the Sudharshana Chakaram are found in the Moolasthanam. The Consort, Pushpavalli Thaayar is seen in a multi pillared Shrine and She is East facing and the Urchavamoorthy Idol is also seen in the same Shrine. This Shrine is quite big and the pillars are all engraved with various Idols which includes the Dasavatharam Idols too. The Temple has a Ghoshala and they have a Temple Garden or a Nandhavanam. Messrs Vedantha Desigar and Nandha Kumar take care of the Madapalli Kaingariyam. This place is called as Pushpapuri Kshethram and the Vimanam is called as Punniyakodi Vimanam. This Temple allows wedding to be performed here for which the couple have to pay a nominal fee and register themselves. The Temple has a huge compound wall with a gate. Opposite to the Temple a Annadhana Koodam exists. There is a Temple Tank or Sacred Pushkarani located opposite to the Temple and this is known as Swetha Varaha Pushkarani. This Pushkarani has to be cleaned since it is fraught with filth and rubbish.
