The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Shirdi Sai Baba. This Temple is located in a residential locality near Swamy School in Mugalivakkam. There is a huge Meditation cum Pooja Hall. There are Sub Shrines for Lords Vinayaka, Hanuman, Dathathreya and Dwarakamayee. This Temple is administered and maintained by Madananthapuram Sai Samaj Trust. Since Thursdays are considered as an auspicious day, Sai Baba Bajans and Annadhanam is provided in this Temple on these days. There is a small Nandhavanam and a Ghoshala here. Every Day in the evening all poor elderly people above 60 years of age come here since they are provided with free food. Vijayadasami (Baba Samadhi Day) and Vilakku Pooja is celebrated in a grand manner. The Temple does not have a Car Parking for the Devotees and most Two Wheelers and Cars have to be parked in some vacant space haphazardly. On the street leading to this Temple and the Temple Staff are clueless to this problem. Generally while all other Sai Baba Temples allow Photos and Videos to be taken this is the one and only  Sai Baba Temple in Chennai which does now allow any Devotee to use their Mobiles for Photos and Videos and the reasons for this is unknown.
