This Temple is located in Kakkalur to Putlur main road. The Temple is also known as Om Vijaya Sri Sai Baba Temple. It is a very small Sai Baba Temple in Kakkalur and there is a South facing entrance for it. Though the main entrance for this Temple is South facing the Presiding Deity of Sri Sai Baba is actually East facing. The Presiding Deity of Sri Sai Baba is made out of a white marble stone. The Presiding Deity is on an elevated podium and in an East facing sitting posture. On either side of the Presiding Deity there are two Simha Vaahanams which are also made of white marble. Beneath this Podium there is an East facing black Idol of Sri Navaneetha Krishnan who is seen in standing posture. Just before the Idol of Sri Navaneetha Krishnan is a pair of Divine Feet over which a mini Sai Baba Idol could be seen. There is enough space for the Devotees to circumambulate the Presiding Deity of Sri Sai Baba.

The Temple has a North facing Idol of Sri Radha and Sri Krishnar and another Idol of Sri Dattathreya who is seen facing North East. Likewise there is another Idol of Sri Venkatesa Perumal who is seen facing South East. There is a South facing Vinayagar Idol here. The Temple has a huge portrait of Sri Sai Baba which is South facing. Beneath this potrait is a wooden Palanquin which is used on festive occasions. The Dhuni meant for this Temple is kept outside the Temple Premises. The Temple also has a small Nandhavanam. The huge Water Body found outside the Temple makes the ambience pleasing to the eyes of the Devotees. This is a small Temple which has been established and maintained by Retired Judge Selvakumar. Though small the Temple is kept very neat and tidy.
