The Temple is located in Devi Meenakshi Nagar, Rajajipuram Part - 3, Periyakuppam, close to Thiruvallur Railway Station which is a residential locality. The Presiding Deity is Sri Viswaroopa Panchamuga Anjaneyaswamy. The Presiding Deity stands Majestically to a height of 32 feet. His measurement from His Crown or Kreedam to His Toes or Paadham is 40 feet. This Temple was built in 2004 by its Founder Trustee Sri Venkatesa Bhattachariar who hailed from Kumbakonam. His inspiration to build such a Temple came from a dream.

The Sundara Kandam in Ramayanam speaks volume about the Power and Magnificence of Sri Anjaneyaswami. The uniqueness of the Temple is due to the fact that this is the one and only Pradishtai in the entire world under the Manthra Shastra. The Presiding Deity of Sri Viswaroopa Panchamugha Anjaneya Swami was sculpted out of a massive monolithic green granite stone (36' x 20' x 10') which was transported from Hassan in Karnataka. Sri Anjaneyar facing East, Sri Veera Garudan facing West, Sri Varahar facing North, Sri Narasimhar facing South, Sri Hayagreevar facing Skyward comprises of the Panchamukham.

Daily Sahasranama Parayanam are done here and the Prasadam is distributed to all Devotees. Sri Rama Navami, Hanumath Jayanthi, Narasimhar Jayanthi, Varahar Jayanthi, Garuda Jayanthi and Hayagreeva Jayanthi are celebrated in a grand manner here. While all the other four Avathars hold different weapons in their hand Sri Anjaneya Swami is seen in Abayahastham Posture (without any weapon) Blessing His Devotees. The Chief Priest Srinivasa Bhattachariar is the son of the Founder Trustee Sri Venkatesa Bhattachariar. Devotees interested of contributing by cash or kind could call Srinivasa Bhattachariar in 94451 17305. Since the Temple is located in a residential locality Devotees may find it tough to park their cars.
