This Temple is actually located in T.R.Kandrigai in Nagari. There is a Welcome Arch on the Main Road which leads us to the Temple. The Welcome Arch carries an Idol of Kann Pootha Sri Desamma in the middle with two lions each seated further away from Her. On entering the Temple premises there is a huge Naga (Five Headed Serpant) Statue colourfully smeared with Turmeric and Kumkum and around it there are several Naga Devathas. There is a shelter for cooking and offering Pongal as a Prasadam to the Main Deity. Apart from Tamil Purattasi month Goat, Sheep and Rooster etc are given as an offering to the Goddess. There is a Banyan Tree in which childless couple offer a wooden cradle and tie it up to the Sacred Tree. This is believed that they would be Blessed with a child through Goddess Desamma.

Next to it is a tinned roofing shed in which a Thrisoolam or a Trident is fixed and Prayed. There is a Temple Shop selling Divine Offering such as Wooden Cradle, Vasthram or New Clothes etc. There are other shops too within the Temple premises selling various articles.  As on October 2023 the Main Sanctum Sanctorum is closed and renovation work is under way and the original Deity (Swayambhu) has been carefully preserved there.  Meanwhile they have erected another tinned roofing in which an Idol of the Goddess Kann Pootha Sri Desamma is kept and Prayed. It is believed that if the Holy Water of this Goddess is sprinkled on the eyes of Devotees it would cure them of all eye ailments. There is a building at the rear where Devotees get Tonsured as a mark of respect to the Goddess. A Temple Tank or a Pushkarani is found too. A Temple Office is available within the premises. Scores of Devotees from all over AP State and nearby Tamil Nadu flock this Temple all through the year. Few cars and 2 wheelers could be parked within the Temple Complex.
