This Temple is located on the Main Road next to a bridge under which River Cheyyuru flows. The Presiding Deity is Shridi Sai Baba. The Main Temple is located on the first floor, whereas other Shrines are on the ground floor. There are Shrines for Ganesh, Lord Rama, Dattatreya, Hanuman, Naga Devatha, Kanaka Durgai, Navagraha etc, There is a Nandhavanam / Temple Garden. A huge idol of Lord Shiva could be seen placed on a pool of water. The entire Temple has lovely coloured paintings depicting Sai Baba. The Presiding Deity of Shridi Sai Baba is kept on a Podium n a spacious hall. The Deity is made of White Marble. A Ghoshala exists. The Temple is located in a picturesque ambience and Devotees visiting this Temple are bound to get mental peace.

The Pathatic plight is that the Owner who had built this Temple in a splendid way is not located in Gundlur but is believed to be somewhere in Banglore / Karnataka. Hence taking advantage of this the present priest Narender does not do any justice either to Shridi Sai Baba or the Owner. He does not bother about any Devotees visiting this Temple from far flung places, but is actively involved in playing Mobile Games with his local Gundlur friends. Hence Devotees visiting this Temple do not get to know the details of this Temple in full. There are complaints that Narender neither shares his Mobile Number or that of the Temple's Owner with the Devotees so that the Temple functioning could be set right and streamlined.
