This Temple is also called as Shirdi Sai Baba Seva Sangam and is located very close to the Welcome Arch which leads us to Nagalapuram. It's a small Temple with a compund wall and a gate. This Temple is located in a Temple Town of Nagalapuram and it is located very close to Tamil Nadu State. The Presiding Deity of this Temple is Sai Baba and He is made out of pure White Marble. Images of Sai Baba is kept under the Sthala Viruksham which is a Vilvam Tree. There are Sub Shrines for Lord Ganesha, Lord Dattatreya and Goddess Gayathri. There is a small Nandhi carved out of a white marble stone and it is placed in front of the Presiding Deity. The Temple is well looked after by the Temple Priest Sri.Mariappan. This Temple is owned by Sri.Munirathinam Chetty. It is believed that this Sai Baba cures all the aliments of His Devotees. There is a special area marked for the Dhuni. There is a Brass Bell  and an electric bell installed recently. Pictures of Lord Sai Baba can be seen neatly displayed in the Mandapam.  Another Idol of Sai Baba can be seen on a Wooden Palanquin. There is a Divine Feet of Sai Baba installed inside the Sanctum Sanctorum and it is made out of white marble. There are Idols of Nagadevatas too.  There is a small Car Parking facility to park 3 or 4 cars.
