The Presiding Deity is Sri Kodanda Ramaswamy, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. His Consort here is Goddess Seetha, an incarnation of Goddess Mahalakshmi. The Temple was initially started with an Idol of Lord Narasimha. The Temple was built in the 17th Century in a vast stretch of 1.25 Acres of land.  The Rajagopuram stands more than 100 feet while the Flag Staff measures more than 50 feet height. This is the only Temple of its kind where Goddess Seetha stands on the right side of Lord Rama. There are Shrines of Goddess Mahalakshmi, Lord Lakshmi Narasimhar and the Tamil Poet Aandal.  There is a separate Shrine for Lord Anjaneya opposite to the Main Temple.  A small Mandapam has been erected between the Main Temple and Sri Anjaneyaswamy's Shrine.  There is a small fenced Nandhavanam or Temple Garden just before the Temple's entrance.  A Temple Car or a Ratham is made available during Brahmothsavam days.  Sri Rama Navami draws countless number of Devotees from far off places.  Unlike other Temples the Pushkarani or the Sacred Tank is located on the Southern side of the Temple. The Temple Administration has to be lauded for its meticulous maintenance.
