This Temple is known as Sri Sakthi Peet Temple and it is located in Mangalapuri Kshethram which is near Kannanthangal close to Sungurvarchathiram in Kanchipuram District. In other words this 108 Sakthi Peet Temple or Sri Swarna Kamakshi Amman Temple is just a few kilometers away from Maduramangalam. This is a new Temple and it was built recently and the Kumbabishekam was performed in February 2019. This Temple has a South facing entrance through which Devotees are allowed to enter. On entering there is a East facing Sub Shrine for Sri Swarna Vinayagar and facing this Sub Shrine is a Neivedhya Peedam or Bali Peedam and a Moonjur Vaahanam. In the East facing Sub Shrine Sri Swarna Vinayagar is flanked by the Idols of Sri Maha Periyavaa and a Naaga Devatha which are kept beneath the podium of Sri Swarna Vinayagar. Next to this is a huge hall with a stage for conducting functions etc. This hall is known as Sri Shankara Hall.

This Temple has an East facing three tiered Rajagopuram. Facing this Rajagopuram is a small West facing Sub Shrine of Sri Guruji and this Sub Shrine is known as Sri Guruji Mani Mandapam. An Image of Sri Guruji who is also known as Sri Kamakshi Guruji Swamigal is seen as a portrait. Beneath the Rajagopuram is an East facing Idol of Sri Ganapathy. On entering the Rajagopuram there is a Neivedhya Peedam or Bali Peedam and a huge Dwajasthambam or Kodi Maram. This is only Temple with individual Sub Shrines for each of the 108 Amman. It is a unique Temple in which Devotees could Pray before all the 108 Ammans in a single place. These 108 Sub Shrines are built individually and they are seen around the Moolasthanam. Along with the 108 Sub Shrine of the Amman there is a South facing Sub Shrine Sri Swarna Kaala Bhairavar. The manner the Sub Shrines have been built is amazing and eye captivating.

In the Sanctum Sanctorum the Presiding Deity of Sri Swarna Kamakshi Amman who is known to be Omnipotent is seen East facing and in a sitting posture. The Urchavamoorthy Idol os Sri Swarna Kamakshi Amman is also seen within the Moolasthanam. At the threshold of the Moolasthanam are two black Idols of Dwara Baalakis who seem to guard the Moolasthanam. There is also two metallic Paavai Vilakku and all these seem to look amazing and resplendent to the eyes of the Devotees. Other than chanting Slokas and Mantras there is absolutely pindrop silence where the Devotees congregate to have a glimpse of Sri Swarna Kamakshi Amman. In the Maha Mandapam there is a huge Panchaloga Idol of Sri Maha Periyava of Kancheepuram which is West facing as though looking towards the Moolasthanam. It is said that Sri Kanchi Maha Periyavaa when on His way to Thakkolam had come to this place before the Temple was bult and had sat beneath a Mango Tree and observed Penance. Hence this Temple was built where Sri Kanchi Maha Periyavaa had sat and observed Penance.

The Temple has an exclusive Temple Chariot on the outer periphery likewise the Temple has an exclusive Madapalli or Temple Kitchen strictly for Neivedhyam purposes known as Sri Chaitanya Nivedhanam enclosure. Apart from this there is an Annadhana Koodam in the name of Sree Athma Suddhi Bhojanasala for the sake of its Devotees. A lovely Ghosala or Pasumadam in the name of Nandhini Sakthi Gho Nivas is maintained and all cattles taken care. There is an Idol of Sri Navaneetha Krishnan within the Gho Nivas. Close to the Gho Nivas is the Temple's Pushkaranai and they have built it in an attractive manner and at the centre of this Pushkarani is an Idol of Sri Maha Periyavaa. They have provided an enclosure for lighting oil lamps. Festivals like Chithirai Varusa Pirappu, Vasantha Navarathri, Kanchi Maha Periyavaa Jayanthi, Sri Guruji Jayanthi, Aadi Pooram, Vinayakar Chathurthi, Sharada Navarathri are celebrated in a grand manner here in this Temple.
